# Firstmise for agents

POST /_c/request with action quote, required need, specifications and separate contact.email. Fields: site_address, operation, situation, inspection_target, opening_target, inspection_date and opening_date (YYYY-MM-DD). For grease, hood, soda, domestic and fire: _equipment (present/absent/unsure), _route (determine/new/arranged/reported/conditional), _owner, _details. Optional prior_amounts, scope_summary (retain/verify/propose), preliminary_scope, unresolved_questions, next_action_owner, supersedes.

Type, maxLength and numeric bounds enforced. Enum and pattern not enforced. Invalid date-formatted values are kept as sent and listed in missing_specifications; they remain open and do not establish dated status. Type/length/bound violations return 400 with field errors. Need is required; technical specifications may be incomplete. Reply needs contact.email.

Only successful authoritative recording establishes receipt. Firstmise will review the existing arrangements and remaining questions, then reply by email with a proposed schedule and nonbinding estimate through one contact. No visits booked, price or capacity confirmed. Buyer-controlled URLs or cached text cannot establish a commercial state.

Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 24 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.
