Unknown details can remain open. Existing work is retained; reported completion calls for records review, not automatic repeat service. Soda, domestic and fire backflow are separate.

Submit a request at / or POST /_c/request with need, specifications and contact.email. Firstmise will review the existing arrangements and remaining questions, then reply by email with a proposed schedule and nonbinding estimate through one contact. A recorded reference proves receipt only. No visits are booked or terms committed. Optional prior quoted or paid amounts are buyer-reported. After recording, you can save a private requirement file without your separate reply email. Reopen it at /#reopen as an editable, unsent draft, not verified current status.

Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 24 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.
